There are no accounts, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics on busstops.ie.

Saved stops

When you save a stop, its number and name are stored in your browser’s localStorage. They are not sent to us. Remove a stop with its save button, or clear this site’s browser storage.

Location

We request your location only after you choose “Use my location”. Your browser uses it to calculate nearby stops locally. We do not send your coordinates to our server or retain them.

Hosting and external links

Cloudflare hosts the website and processes request information, such as IP addresses, for delivery and security. Operational logs record feed health, not saved stops or location. Walking directions open Google Maps, which has its own privacy policy.

Browser storage

Timetable APIs are not stored in a service-worker cache. Standard browser caching may store website assets. If device storage is unavailable, the rest of the site still works.
